Job Summary:

The Senior Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth by identifying, developing, and executing strategic business initiatives and partnerships. These include but are not limited to tie-ups with Educational institutes , Coaching institutes, Vocational Education and Training institutes. This role requires a proactive leader with a proven track record in generating revenue, expanding market presence, and cultivating long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights.

Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Partnership Development:Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations to expand the organization's market reach.

Sales and Revenue Generation:Drive sales cycles from lead generation to closure, ensuring consistent revenue growth and profitability.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:Lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with internal departments, and mentor junior business development professionals.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, agreements, and contracts with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure favorable outcomes and mutual success.

Performance Analysis:Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Budget Management:Develop and manage the business development budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Stakeholder Communication:Present business development initiatives, progress reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth.

Strong understanding of the [industry/sector] landscape, market dynamics, and emerging trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.

Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactical initiatives effectively.

Leadership qualities with experience in managing teams and collaborating cross-functionally.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
